Toyota Hopes to Top its Own Sales Records in 2012
For the first time in a long time, Toyota fell short of being the world's largest automaker in 2011, but the company doesn't plan to let that happen again. Toyota is targeting record sales throughout the entire Toyota Group for 2012. In fact, Toyota hopes to both its Japanese and overseas markets to grow twice as large and to sell an amazing 9.58-million vehicles worldwide (including vehicles in the Daihatsu Motor Hino Motor franchises).
